BOOKING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in our self-catering accommodation. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you would like to make a booking.

The Granary and Foldyard Cottage are available for weekly rentals all year round and run from Saturday to Saturday.  Weekend and midweek breaks are sometimes available by arrangement.  Rates per night per cottage are from £80 for 2 persons (minimum 3 night stay) subject to availability.

Deposits:  a deposit of one third of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The final balance is payable not less than four weeks before your holiday commences.

Payment: we accept payment by cheque or by credit and debit card over the telephone.

Price: the price includes the use of the cottage booked for the number of persons agreed at the time of reservation, heating, hot water and electricity, bed linen and towels. There is an additional charge for pets if appropriate.

Complimentary wireless broadband internet access is available in each cottage.

Cancellation: cancellations may be made by telephone and confirmed in writing. In the event of a cancellation deposits are non-returnable. We will not make any further charges where more than four weeks notice has been given for a cancellation. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover you against any cancellation or loss.

Liability: Church Farm Properties are not liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the guests or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of, or in respect of, any letting.

Pets: Our dog Angus (pictured right) would never forgive us if we didn't take him on holiday with us! Well behaved dogs are very welcome at Church Farm by prior arrangement. Please let us know at the time of booking. We do make an additional charge of £25 to cover extra cleaning. Please bring suitable bedding/towels etc.

Smoking: please note smoking is not permitted in any of the cottages.
