Please note our preference at the moment is to offer a minimum of a one week booking rather than short breaks, due to the extra sanitising requirements between bookings in order to ensure everyones safety.
Covid-19 Cancellation & Refund Policy (v. 070221)
We offer the reassurance that if you are unable to travel and have to cancel your booking with us due to a national or local lockdown (when travel restrictions coincide with the period of your holiday), we will offer you a full refund or the option to defer your booking. In the event of a national lockdown, or travel restrictions for our locality or the area of the post code in which your booking has been made, a full refund will be offered or the option to defer your booking.
Please note our Covid-19 refund policy does not cover you or any member of your party if you are unable to travel due to falling ill with Covid-19, or if you or any member of your party have to quarantine or self-isolate. We strongly recommend you consider travel insurance to cover such eventualities. Policies are available which include cover for Covid-19 illness and self-isolation. This could be particularly important if you fall ill with Covid-19 symptoms during your holiday. If you are unwell and cannot return home for example on your planned departure date, you will be liable to additional accommodation costs.
