As part of our booking process we will take your name, home address, landline and/or mobile telephone number
and e-mail address. When taking a deposit or final balance we may also collect debit/credit card details but these are only held for the purpose of processing the transaction, after which such details are securely destroyed.

We use your e-mail or home address to send confirmation of your booking, receipts for payment, arrival details and other information you may find useful. We may use your mobile telephone number if we need to contact you concerning arrival details or for a specific reason during your stay. This will normally be by text message unless the reason for our call is more urgent. We may use your landline telephone number if we do not have a mobile telephone number or e-mail address.

From time to time we may wish to send via e-mail details about our accommodation, local events, special offers etc.
If you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, or your details that we hold are incorrect,
